I have dedicated myself to being up-to-date on all the issues that affect real estate. I have received the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), ePRO® and Certified Negotiator (CN) designations. By being an active member of the real estate community, I have relationships with agents locally, statewide and around the world. My experience serving two terms as Vice-Chairman of the Public Policy Committee of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Board of REALTORS® reinforced the importance of the REALTOR® in protecting personal property rights on the local, state and federal levels, most recently in lobbying for the extension of the homebuyers tax credit.

Diane MannS, Regional Vice President

One of the most respected and successful real estate professionals on the Westside, Diane Manns is known for her in-depth experience in many facets of real estate, including sales, management and education. The current president of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors (BH/GLAAR), Diane also acts as a trained mediator, Pepperdine University certified arbitrator and educational instructor for the association. Her long list of honors and awards includes the BH/GLAAR Realtor of the Year and William May Garland Awards. She is also a director of the California Association of Realtors and will serve as a Director for the National Association of Realtors in 2016-2017

Sam Kraemer, Legal counsel

With over 20 years in real estate and nearly 30 in real estate and corporate law, Sam draws on an incisive understanding of complex legal issues in helping our agents and their clients manage risk during complicated transactions. His knowledge, experience and leadership skills give our Brentwood office an exceptional foundation for success. Prior to joining John Aaroe Group, Sam was General Counsel for Prudential California Realty. Previously, he served as Litigation Counsel for Fred Sands Realtors, Los Angeles. In his spare time, Sam is an aficionado of UCLA Basketball, Central Coast Pinot Noir and road biking

Heidi Hockenberry, Marketing

Heidi is an experienced specialist in multi-channel marketing for the real estate industry. Known for attracting exceptional creative talents and drawing on their collaborative power to develop and execute high-impact multimedia campaigns, Heidi brings a range of experience to her role. She comes to John Aaroe Group from her own consulting company, Marketing Au Pair. Previously, she served as senior marketing executive at several major real estate firms including Coldwell Banker/NRT and Prudential California Realty/HomeServices. Her experience has sharpened her unique skill for creating successful strategies in an ever-changing marketplace.

Terrence Burnett

With over 8 years of experience at luxury real estate firms in Honolulu and Los Angeles, Terrence is a wonderful asset to Wendy Gladson Real Estate. He is knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. He plays a pivotal role behind the scenes of every transaction and provides great support to all of our clients.


Some of Terrence's strengths include superb communication skills, strategic marketing ideas, integrity and teamwork to complete any task. In his spare time, Terrence enjoys restaurants, concerts, travel and organizing community events.
